Any avid reader of this blog knows that we here at the Philly Food Feed appreciate the Green section of the Huffington Post almost as much as Honeycrisp Apples. This week, they are highlighting Canning and Preserving with a section of how-to videos sent in by their readers. I have watched a few of these and have come away with some great ideas. Not only can you vote on your favorite video, you can send in your own pictures or videos as well! If any of you out there are avid canners or are interested in learning how, go check it out!
