From time to time I like to post tidbits about healthy foods that I feel people should be aware of. The acai berry is one of those foods.
The acai berry is renowned for an array of properties and one such property is its high antioxidant qualities.  The acai berry can be taken in liquid or raw form and can be found in an assortment of health food stores worldwide.  One place to look is, the health food store often has a variety of offers on and you will often see deals such as buy three products, get the cheapest free.
Healthy snacking is a great way to stop the cravings and next time you reach for the chocolate, try reaching for a healthy food instead; such as nuts, berries, and dried fruits. All are high in fibre, vitamins and antioxidants and will help you keep up a balanced diet.
Berries have a variety of qualities and acai berries are one of the more sought after due to one particular quality.  These unique berries in fact promote weight loss and the best bit is they are also completely organic.
Berries, nuts and dried fruits are all available in health food stores and are a much better alternative to the likes of greasy and fried foods.  The work schedules of today often mean that we work longer hours and the work vending machine becomes extremely tempting on many occasions! 
Try taking a few healthy snacks to work instead of your purse, this way you won't be tempted by the unhealthy snacks on offer and can instead enjoy tasty and healthy goodness as appose to sweets, crisps, chocolate bars.  All of the listed will only leave you feeling bloated and unsatisfied rather than good about your body.
